Welcome to Higher Heights
Welcome to Higher Heights Christian Outreach Church, a non-denominational ministry under the leadership of Rev. Terrence D. Williams Sr.
We believe God hears the cries of His people and that true restoration begins through Jesus Christ. Our mission is to reach the brokenhearted, encourage the weary, and guide individuals and families toward deliverance, restoration, and transformation through the power of God's Word.

Come Out. Be Restored. Go Higher.
Exodus 3:7–10 | Matthew 5:16
OUR MISSION & VISION
OUR MISSION
To reach the brokenhearted, afflicted, and oppressed with the transforming love of Jesus Christ. We are called to proclaim God's Word, encourage those who have cried out for help, and guide individuals and families toward deliverance, restoration, and a renewed life through faith, obedience, and spiritual growth.
OUR VISION
To build a Christ-centered community of transformed believers who understand their identity and authority in Jesus Christ and experience restoration in Mind, Body, Spirit, and Finances. Through God's Word, faith, and disciplined living, we envision individuals and families breaking free from bondage, walking in purpose, and rising to Higher Heights.
Our Four Core Values
Faith
We trust God wholeheartedly, even when we cannot see His hand or understand His plan. We stand on His promises, knowing that through Jesus Christ, all things are possible.
Proverbs 3:5–6
Love
We believe in the unconditional love of Jesus Christ. As recipients of His love, we are called to demonstrate compassion, kindness, forgiveness, and acceptance toward others.
John 3:16
Service
We believe that serving others is an expression of serving Christ. We are committed to helping the brokenhearted, feeding the hungry, encouraging the discouraged, and extending compassion to those in need.
Mark 10:45
Obedience
We believe obedience to God's Word demonstrates our love, faith, and commitment to Him. We seek to follow His will, walk in His ways, and surrender our lives to His divine purpose.
John 14:15
